At Tue Technologies, customer satisfaction is a top priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You purchased a physical product that arrived defective or damaged
  • You purchased a digital product that does not function as described

Refunds are not available for non-defective digital products once they have been downloaded.

  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documentation, such as photos (for defective products)

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Refund requests made after this period may not be eligible.

4. Processing and Issuance of Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.

5. Exceptions

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after the purchase
  • Digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed (unless defective)
